The books definition of Journalistic bias is a very accurate representation of what is seen on the news and in the news. There are very few, even none, that do not carry some sort of bias.
I think it would be okay to publish the name of the nurse. The person who publishes the name should make it very clear that there has been no official statement or reason why the child died and the nurse has ONLY been transferred. It also needs to be made clear that no one has been charged with any wrong doing, The publishing of the name could lead to the public pressuring the hospital into looking into the death of the child even further and prompt them to do it quickly.
